If you place an order with Spectrum Kratom prior to 3pm PST Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day. However, if you’re a brand new customer and this is your first order through E Check, we will have to wait until that money clears, which may take 2-3 days depending on your bank. Once you have established an order with us (at least one order paid for previously using E Check) we’ll ship same day as mentioned above. Spectrum Kratom is proud to offer TWO FREE shipping options: if your order is over $100 you’ll receive ‘Free FedEx 2Day’ shipping, and for all other orders (no minimum) we’ll ship it via ‘USPS First Class Mail’. Do you need your order tomorrow? Use the FedEx overnight option and order before 3pm PST. We also offer USPS Priority Shipping options if that better suits you.

Order Pick-Up

Spectrum Kratom is located in sunny Carlsbad, Ca. Spectrum offers a pickup option for those local to San Diego County or visiting. Customers who would like to stop in and pick up their order may do so between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday thru Friday (holidays permitting). Spectrum Kratom personnel can also answer any questions you may have and or point you in the right direction on your kratom journey. We are always educating our team with the latest kratom news and science.

Directions to Spectrum Kratom

Spectrum is located in the Palomar Forum Business Park

When you pull into the business park come to the first stop sign and take a left (you will see the leasing office at this turn)
After you take the first left drive strait till you can’t go any further and take a right.
Spectrum will be located in building 3137 (the second building on your right Suite 113).
